Can and how do you do all pairs testing (high throughput testing) using JMP 10?

If you're looking to generate all pairs designs you can use the Custom Design in JMP.

You will specify each of your testing parameters as a factor in JMP with the appropriate number of levels for each parameter.

Here, I've got one 4 level factor, one 2 level factor and one 3 level factor.

Then you set the model for 2nd order interactions.

Finally, pick at least the minimum number of runs and you'll be ensured of getting at least one run for each combination of levels for all pairs of factors.

You can see in the scatterplot matrix below that I've got runs in each combination of levels for each pair of factors.
