I have binary data in matrix form about all the products that users buy during a particular transaction at shopping market. I want to transform the data in order to do Association analysis?
To convert the data, just go to
and delect all of the item columns(i.e. Bag,Blush........etc.)
It will create a new data table with 2 new columns, Label and Data
What needs to be done next, is to delete all of the rows where the value of the column Data is equal to zero (0)
The easiest way to do this, is to right click on one of the cells that has the value of zero and to select "Select Matching Cells"
All of the rows with the matching zero values will be selected. So then all you have to do is to move to the Row State columns(the column with the row numbers) Right click on one of the selected rows, and select "Delete Rows"
Then you data table will be ready for the analysis
