I search to calculate the confidence interval of prediction with JMP. It's possible and if yes HOW?

Take a look at Sue's presentation for an introduction.

For an example (not 4p logistic) see Xan's blog post. In connection with this, note the two red triangle options:

that give what you are asking for (each saves two new columns to the source data table).
