How do I perform predictive modeling based on my dataset?

I have a dataset where I need to build a model based on the 4 years data(I have multiple people) with different feature variables(independent variables) and it all can explain their three or four performance outcome(dependent variable) and I need to use that to predict the current year's performance and need to evaluate and report on it. How I can do that in JMP and is there any tutorial which can help me to do that easily? Getting help will be very helpful for me and thanks in advance.

Re: How do I perform predictive modeling based on my dataset?

Every modeling situation is unique, and building a useful model takes some work and some knowledge of the methods and how they are implemented in software. So, the 'easily' part will depend on where you are starting from.

But there is lots of content about using JMP for predictive modeling. You could, for instance, look at the Mastering JMP series for this topic.
