Good reference books for MVA

I am looking for a good reference book for MVA. I was wondering if there was an applied MVA book that might utilize JMP software examples. Regardless, if anyone has a recommendation for a good reference book, I would appreciate it.

Ah, the dangers of using an acronym without first establishing a context ... I will presume you are referring to MultiVariate Analysis.

This is a large field, and I'm not sure there is a single book that covers it all. Nevertheless, I recommend:

Jackson, J. E. (1991) "A User's Guide to Principal Components", John Wiley and Sons, NY

YMMV
