Finding an intersection point of several data points

Hi,

In my data set below i have set of datapoints based on distance and how the they decay after sweeping thru different energy values. I would like to find out an efficient way of getting the value of energy when each of these curves hit a pre-defined decay rate, in the example its 2e-4. I usually do this by expanding the energy range and read off the value which is not efficient. Would like to know if there is an efficient way or a better way of doing this. Thanks!

How are the curves defined? Is there a formula? Are you having JMP fit those curves? If so, look for something called "Inverse Prediction".

Hi dan, yes am having JMP fit those curves. Ok thanks, will take a look at inverse prediction
