Hello,

I'm trying to import excel (365) file, and I can't do it.

I'll mention that until I've updated the Office to 365 everything worked fine.

Someone's having a similar problem or someone has a solution?

Are you getting an error message? What happens when you try to import the file?

Just a thought: is the file still open in Excel? If so, close out of Excel. Maybe that would fix it?

Hi Dan,

Yes, it's an Excel file.
The file is closed and it still doesn't work.

I think you may need to contact JMP Technical Support.

Re: Error - Importing excel (365)

Hi,

I tried to import the Excel file in JMP 11 and it didn't work,

but I tried to import the same file in JMP 14 and it works! :)

I don't know what the problem was but it works.

Thx to all for the support.
