Equivalence test in Nonlinear Model


Just wondering how the Confidence Limits for Ratio are calculated for the Equvalence Test in Nonlinear Regression with Built-In Models.

Below is an example using data provided by Russ Wolfinger in his post on Bioassay 28 May 2014.
