Does "wilcoxon each-pair" account for multiple pairs?

When using the "Wilcoxon Each-Pair" option in JMP, should I use Bonferroni correction, adjusting the alpha to account for multiple pairs? Or does the "wilcoxon each-pair" option already adjust for multiple pairs?

Hi @MarkovRank1093,

If you hover your mouse on the test, you can have a short description of the test and see if it adjusts for multiple testing :

You can also check the JMP Help related to the use of nonparametric tests : Nonparametric Multiple Comparisons Reports

If you're looking for a nonparametric test with multiple testing adjustment, you can perhaps use Steel-Dwass All Pairs test, which is the nonparametric test version of the Tukey-Kramer test.

I hope this answer will help you,
