Cpk partition into actual and measurement

I would like to correct a Cpk estimate for the variation added by the measurement. For example, if I measure product parts and have Cpk = 1.5, but I also measure a standard part repeatedly which gives me a sigma value for the measurement alone. So how would I calculate the Cpk of the variations in the product alone, if the measurement sigma was 0..?

Thanks,
