Confidence intervals for orthogonal regression?

Dec 4, 2012 11:02 AM

I have two questions:

1) Is there a way to indicate the 95% confidence intervals around an orthogonal fit line (i.e., Confid Curves Fit)? This option is grayed out with the orthogonal fit. If not, is there any workaround?

2) Is there a way to put a line of identity into an orthogonal regression chart?

I'm using JMP 9.0.0

Any help is appreciated!

Re: Confidence intervals for orthogonal regression?

I figured out how to insert the line of identity (Fit Special... constrain slope to 0 and intercept to 1). Now just looking for an answer to #1. Thanks!
