Can I save output to a Second Journal While I'm Using the First Journal as My Presentation Tool?

I'm just wondering about this.  I will be giving a presentation where I will be using a JMP Journal as my main presentation vehicle.  I'd like to save output from the analyses to a second journal to show how easy it is to create a report, PowerPoint file, HTML, etc?  Right now, when I Ctrl-J the output goes to my active 'Presentation' journal.  Am I missing something here?  Thanks.

Try locking the presentation.  The next journal command will notice the lock and create a new journal.

Hi David,

In order to do what you desire I believe that somehow you would need to include the data table in the new Journal so that you can keep the Journal where you want to save your work active. If you do this then it should work as you describe.
