Binning

Curious for suggestions.

I have a table with data in separate columns (3000). H01 to H3000.  I would like to graph it such that the y-axis are the values from H01 to H3000 with time being 1 to 3000.  Then be able to bin values such that say H01-H05 are binned (summed) with time being 1-600 and then binned such that 1-100 are summed and the time being 30 (so 30 values vs time of 100 per value)
