Annotations on graphs dont transfer into "copy script to data table".

I have a question about basic graphing and annotations. I get the plots and save them as scripts, so that I can run these again. But any annotations I make to the plots do not transfer to the script. I checked; the code does not seem to have any annotation code.
Is there some way to do this, so I don't have to re annotate everything after I run the script again.

Current JMP (8.0.2) does not save annotation info with scripts. I'm unaware of any way around this in general. Depending on what you are trying to do and how dense your data is you may be able to do simple annotation by creating a column for Comments and display the label for a point of interest with labeling set to display only the Comments column.
