Advice for a 4x4 Greco-Latin square analysis

I am looking for advice on what software best accomodates a 4x4 Greco-Latin square, within-subjects design, (advice on which dedicated design of experiments (DOE) software to use?)

I am currently using SPSS but having issues running an encompassing analysis. My study has 4 tasks and 4 conditions which are all counterbalenced so when the data is set up in SPSS there are 'missing' data cells. The study has two time points a week apart, one 'post-test' and one 'retention test'.

If anymore information is needed to give advice please let me know. Any advice or being pointed in the right direction would be appreciated, there does not seem to be much information out there on this specific design.

@Jackaaron :
   I found this summit paper with some relevant information - hopefully that helps (http://www.jmp.com/about/events/summit2012/resources/Slides_Don_McCormack.pdf)
