Accelerated Lifetime with Separate Location nested model using Fit Life by X

Hi All,

I am trying to predict MTTF - mean time to failure and Hazard rate at use condition (baseline).

Samples were submitted to Life test under several accelerated voltages.

Fit Life by X platform has been used for prediction (see screenshots below).

 I wanted to find

  • Acceleration Factor
  • Staistics like: Distribution, Quantile, Hazard, Density at use voltage (baseline).

Regression model does not provide appropriate fitting results only separate location model dose (see screenshots below).

 Unfortinutally in separate location model there is no options to (see screenshot below)

  • predict acceleration factor
  • get staistics like: Distribution, Quantile, Hazard, Density at use voltage (baseline)Regression.png

     

    For separate location model, is there any way to

  • predict acceleration factor
  • get staistics like: Distribution, Quantile, Hazard, Density at use voltage (baseline)
