【発表概要】

現行のJMP Genomicsの新規販売終了に伴い、JMP17およびJMP Pro 17にはゲノム解析に関連した新機能および改善された機能が搭載されています。その中でも注目される分析機能についてデモを通して紹介していきます。表現型の水準に対する遺伝子発現強度の違いを可視化するボルケーノプロットの作成、横長データおよび欠測値補完に対応した主成分分析、大規模データに対して分析を高速化した階層型クラスター分析、遺伝子マーカーのような高次元の多変量データを低次元(二次元または三次元)で表示する多変量埋め込み、遺伝子マーカーのデータに注釈テーブルを加えて分析前のデータを評価するマーカーの統計量を紹介します。

 

【発表者プロフィール】

1988年豊橋技術科学大学大学院情報工学専攻修士課程終了後、モトローラ/フリースケールセミコンダクタにて不良解析、歩留まり・品質改善、テキサスの研究所を経て、製品立ち上げプロジェクトに参画、上級主任技術者として世界中の工場の問題解決に当たる。2011年仙台工場閉鎖後、豊橋技術科学大学にて特任講師として、結晶成長による刺入型神経電極の開発に従事。2017年現職に就き現在に至る。
