In this talk, we explore the use of JMP for the visualization and screening of large industrial process datasets for the identification of critical process variables and sensors responsible for driving variation in the production of a continuous manufacturing process. The multivariable relationship between critical process variables and production indices is then approximated via predictive models and subsequently analysed, enabling the generation of new process understanding.
