Presenter: @Georg

Would you like to keep an eye on many SPC charts? In this paper, I show you an automated solution for doing this. For all SPC charts that are to be monitored, a series of queries and data tables are created with the data for each process parameter of interest. Many queries can be started in parallel in the background if the execution of the queries takes a lot of time.

A dashboard helps to compare actual variations in each process in relation to the specified control limits. It allows quick identification of the causes of any problems, along with detailed graphics for each SPC chart. The automated solution is achieved by a JSL script, parts of which can also be carried out interactively in the JMP application.
