msvcp120.dll file missing error (win7 64 bit)

Hello,

I downloaded and installed trial version JMP 12.

After installation the error shwon was "msvcp120.dll" is missing.

Reinstalled and restarted PC but the problem not resolved.

So I googled it and installed program from microsoft website "vcredist_x86"

The problem is not yet resolved.

Is there anything that you can suggest.@

Hello,

You are correct with the information found about the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables (vcredist_x86) files. For some reason, that file was not installed during the installation of JMP. Please try downloading and installing the appropriate redistributables from the following link:

http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784

For 32-bit Windows, make sure to choose vcredist_x86.exe.

For 64-bit Windows, make sure to choose vcredist_x64.exe.
