    <description>&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the community. &amp;nbsp;It is very difficult to answer your question without seeing your data table and how you ran GLM. &amp;nbsp;In the future, if you can attach your JMP table, it might be easier to assist. Perhaps you can see the statistics you want by opening the Parameter Estimates table. &amp;nbsp;I have attached a partial screen shot of an analysis using GLM.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Where in the JMP output for a generalized linear model do I find the means and standard errors for each level of the independent variables? (What is called "Effect Details" in the general linear model output)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your response! I do see the Parameter Estimates table. However, I'm not sure where in that table I can find the mean for each level. For example, in this screen shot, where do I find the mean values for infected and uninfected males and females?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Again, I'm not sure how you are doing your analysis. &amp;nbsp;It appears you haver nominal factors (sex and infected (yes/no). &amp;nbsp;Are your factors data type nominal?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
