topic PLS in Discussions

New to PLS and confused as to the following: when I run the PLS and ask for results for two factors, I get two rows for each Y (in this case metabolites).

I must be interpreting the results wrong, as I do not expect two rows for each metabolite, with a total of four different scores, two apparently corresponding to each factor.
