Virtual Lab will not launch

when i try to launch virtual lab. Instructions say that the user name and password are already filled in and not to change them. I get an invalid username and password error when i try to continue.

Perhaps more details are needed. Who created the virtual lab? Is it associated with a course? If so, which course? Did you receive instructions with the class? The instructions will also typically include the username and password, even if they are supposed to be filled in.

As a suggestion, if this is related to a SAS class, try typing an s in the username field and see if a suggested username and password popup that will fill in the rest.

Who created the virtual lab?
It is the virtual lab launched from the link on the course page so created by SAS I assume
Is it associated with a course? If so, which course?
Statistical thinking for industrial problem solving
Did you receive instructions with the class?
I followed the instructions on the SAS home page. Didn't see any instructions about virtual lab specific to the course.
The instructions will also typically include the username and password, even if they are supposed to be filled in.

As a suggestion, if this is related to a SAS class, try typing an s in the username field and see if a suggested username and password popup that will fill in the rest.
