How to plot both measurement points and target/control lines on same chart

Hi I am looking for a way to plot my old measured data alongside my target/upper/lower lines on the same chart. The target occasionally changes which is why I am not just using a Axis reference line.

Simplified, my data table has the below columns:

Measured Value

Date & time of measurement

Target (at time of measurement)

Upper limit (at time of measurement)

Lower Limit (at time of measurement)

I have made a paint rendition of roughly what i hope my output will look like when plotted:

Here is one way to handle this

Set up your data as shown above

Go to Graph=>Graph Builder

Drag the Date column to the X axis drop area

Select Measured Value, Target, Upper, Lower columns and drag them to the Y axis drop area

Right click on the graph and select Smoother=>Remove

Right click on the Y axis values and select Move Right

Move the Target, Upper and Lower to the right axis

Right click on the chart and select Points Right =>Change to Line

Using mockup data: add your value and time to graph builder

add target and limits to same y-axis as value

while holding shift click on the line chart to add that with points

From the variables, disable limits from points and value from line
