If my data comes from SQL Server with a SQL query, I need to create ODBC connection in my PC in advance. what if I want to share this data analysis to my colleague or put this project in JMP Live for others to access?

It just raises error like can't login.

You can create a data connector, package that and then distribute that https://www.jmp.com/support/help/en/18.0/index.shtml#page/jmp/connect-to-a-database-using-data-connectors.shtml . Also I think in JMP Live you can manage who are able to update/refresh the data https://www.jmp.com/support/help/en/18.1/jmplive/jmplive.shtml#1848059
