topic Q-K mixed model using plink files in Discussions

Hello,

Please I need help to run Q-K mixed model analysis. I have flat and binary plink files. I tried to generate a .sas7bdat file with letters in genotypes. I tried to run a kinship matrix but it didn't look good (a lot of empty boxes/ In genotype columns, non empty boxes have 1/1 as a value). When I try to run any analysis, I got errors. I recoded genotypes in my raw files to 0, 1 and 2 but still not working.

Is it possible to run Q-K mixed model using plink files as input, otherwise, how can I do it knowing that these files are the only ones I have!

I appreciate your help.
