topic How to do a MANCOVA in JMP in Discussions

Hi, I would be hugely grateful if someone could tell me the steps to run a MANCOVA in JMP. I have one independent variable (study site, whereby there were 4 study study sites), two dependent response variables (two principle components obtained from a PCA analysis) and two covariates (body size and body condition). Any insights as to how to build the model would be great. Thanks.

Have you read the JMP documentation about MANOVA?
