      <title>Running JMP via a service account</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are running JMP via a scheduled task where it will generate a report automatically. It works with the standard user account but when I try to run it with the service account the addon just hangs. Now I cannot see the scheduled task as the service account is not a "user account" with a GUI.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there anyway for me to see the logs of this other account whilst I run the scheduled task on the same server I'm logged in with on my normal user account?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yeah, the licenses are not the issue here. It works on other servers but we are not sure what the issue is on other servers. If we've configured something wrong or not.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
