What type of list do you mean? And of what shortcuts? Normal JMP shortcuts? Your custom shortcuts?

This has the normal keyboard shortcuts https://www.jmp.com/content/dam/jmp/documents/en/support/jmp18/keyboard-shortcuts.pdf .

Here is the documentation for the keyboard shortcuts in JMP 18. If you're not on JMP 18 yet, here's the documentation for 17.2.

I think if you can figure out where your usercust.jmpcust file is located, you can parse that and get some sort of a list (not sure if it has all). It should be located somewhere around here (for windows) %AppData%\SAS\<jmpversion>\<jmpnumber> so for example for me it is %AppData%\SAS\JMPPro\17
