Hi, i am trying to open and download the tool , but the page is not responding

any one encounter this problem?

I can access the page, but none of the links work for me either. I suggest you report this to support@jmp.com.

My guess is it's something to do with Chrome or an extension you've got running.

Doesn't work with Safari either.

I’m pretty sure it's something on your machine. I’ve checked it on multiple machines and networks and it’s working fine everywhere I’ve checked. I’d reach out to tech support.

Could be, but I've tried multiple computers and multiple browsers. All of the other plugins download with no issue...and obviously I'm not the only one. Not a big deal for me as I don't use that plugin anyway, just trying to help the OP.

Hi @Buldozer . Others have reported similar issues with the page. We have not been able to identify the root cause yet. The page should become responsive at some point but may take a few minutes before it does. I'll let you know when we have more information. Thanks.
