I suggest you go to the XGBoost addin in the JMP File Exchange, and contact the addin's author directly. He has been responsive to previous input.

Hi All,

Running JMP Pro 17 on a Windows 11 machine.

I just noticed a strange behavior with the XGBoost add-in: when saving the script to the data table, if you have added the Profiler option to your analysis, the XGBoost platform doesn't save that you've activated this option. All the other modeling platforms will remember that you've added Profiler to your analysis.

Is this intentional or is it this way for some kind of reason? It would be great if this could be fixed in JMP 18.

Have others experienced this? If so, have you found a workaround to correct it?

Thanks!,

DS
