My organization bought a JMP Pro license for a year.

Unfortunately due to the high level of bureaucracy in the organization the installation was performed with some delay on 18th January but the license expires on 14th December.

Is there a way to extend the license such that we can make use of JMP Pro for the full year?

If there is how would this be done in practice?

Hi @dk,

I'm sorry to hear that it took your organization so long to get the software onto your machine. The license is for a year from the time the software is delivered. There is no way to extend the license. Please reach out to your sales team if you have further concerns.
