Hi @Manny_B ,

The Normalization methods that were in JMP Genomics were not ported over to JMP Pro 17. Some of the normalization methods (log2) can be performed by selecting all columns and then using a right-click and choose new column formula. Please put a request on the Wish List to bring back the methods you use so Product Management can review it.

Sorry, I could not be more help. I currently use tools outside of JMP Pro 17 to normalize the data and then bring it in to analyze.

Best Regards,

Can anyone please help me figure out how to access the various dataset normalization tools in JMP 17? I couldn't find any detailed explanation in the ebook "Genomic Analysis with JMP Pro". JMP Genomics had all the various normalization tools for both array and RNAseq datasets. Thank you.
