Http Request Post Failed to connect

I tried to post a file, and it was successful when it was sent to the local API url

But it fails when sending to the API of another IP url (I can successfully ping to this IP)

I've tried to test in postman, it works but still can not work in jsl, need for help...

probably firewall on server or htaccess issue, check the logs on the server, maybe /var/log/apache/access.log. There are other logs that might help too, and depend on the particular web server (apache, nginx, etc)

(re-reading other similar questions: it might be your local machine firewall? add "curl" to any googling queries may help. I'm interested in the answer too. @bryan_boone )

Does it work in Postman with the other IP?

If so, can you post the curl command (with the IP blotted out) here?
