For a set of data clustered into two groups and plotted against other variable on X axis. Is it possible to determine the delta comparing both clusters.

Hi @Chitranshu,

Which clustering technique do you use ?

If I understand well your question, you can have access to cluster mean results of the X variables used in the clustering.

Example with Hierarchical clustering (click on red triangle, "Cluster Summary" to display the summary) on Big Class dataset with 5 clusters:

Example with K-Means on Big Class dataset with 2 clusters:

Same display for Normal Mixtures :

So you can use these information to calculate the mean distances for each X variables between the 2 clusters you have.

Hope I get your question right,
