Error in JMP Pro 14 RankIT

Hi, my JMP was working well, but suddenly it starts to have this JMP alert when trying to generate tables in RankIT:

EXCEPTION in 'node ui[node]':plot
EXCEPTION in 'node ui[base plot]':draw
EXCEPTION in 'node ui[oneway plot]':_draw_
argument should be character in access or evaluation of 'Uppercase', Bad Argument(self:by), Uppercase /*###*/(self:by){10}

It only happens when I select "categorical" data type in the predictor column, the "numeric" data type works fine.

I tried with other data tables but they are showing the same alert when generating tables in RankIT.

I also tried to restart my laptop& restart JMP, still getting the same alert.

Any suggestions? Thank you very much!

It appears that you're running a script not a built-in part of JMP. The errors you're receiving are the result of the script not anticipating something you've asked it to do.

Do you know who the author of the script is? They are likely the only one who can assist here.
