not able to summarize by group (bug or hidden property?)

Hi ,

I 'm not sure if it is caused by bug or there is hidden property causing the issue.

Please find attached the table that contains two columns (:problem column and :N Rows). I tried to summarize the problem column as below but it do nothing and return same table.
1) N(:problem column) by :problem column
2) Sum(N Rows) by : problem column.

the out put should have group :problem column. Instead , it return the same table as original which it treated the same value under :problem column as different value. I wonder if there is bug or some hidden property that I 'm not aware. I tried to check the property , but cant find anything.

If I would have to guess the numbers are not the same (could be due to floating point math https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Floating-point_arithmetic and https://0.30000000000000004.com/ )

Changing them to characters could help
