The radix mark depends on the localization of the machine you are using to run JMP. You must change the format preference for numbers using the operating system tool.

First, though, you might try changing this preference in JMP: Select File > Preferences (Windows) or JMP > Preferences (Mac) and then the OS-specific group to see the first choice about Display Language with an option to use JMP formatting instead.
