I am trying to write a formula for a data table that allows me to subtract the %Area of each glycan species in the sample set. An example would be:

d%Area = (%Area of G0 in A) - (%Area of G0 in B)

How can I write the formula to group by sample name and glycan species?

Hi,

Not sure if spliting the table is a possibility? If so, you can save the Split Script to the original data table and modify it to add the formula column. Please take a look at the table below with the saved table script and see if this can work for you.
