Can't scroll or select columns in Analyze->Distribution panel

Hello,

I'm a new JMP Pro 16.2 user. I recently purchased a new computer to be able to use the program for my Stats class and when I try to analyze a distribution using either the aforementioned method or through Matched Pairs modeling, the scroll window freezes and I can't select anything. As stated, I'll be needing to use this computer for my final in a few weeks and so far I cannot use any of the basic functions I bought it for. It's a new Windows computer running Windows 10 (I tried Windows 11 and the same issue occurred). Testing the software on an older computer gave me no problems. I've updated all of my drivers, etc., so that's not the issue. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi,

Welcome to the world of GPU-accelerated displays. JMP does not handle advanced GPUs well found in modern high-performance computers.

In most cases, you will be able to restore regular operation by disabling the Hardware Acceleration option in the Preference > Windows Specific menu.
