JMP hangs while trying to do fischer exact test

For a 4/4 table and 356 subjects.

many cells have < 5 values so chi-square won't do ...and I have tried to log out, restart the computer and close every other running programs. My have a 32Gb ram and a pretty new computer. I have JMP pro 16

Every time I select Fischer exact test, it hangs..
