Hi, in the light of open science and reproducibility issues, many journals require the publication of code. Is there a way of generating a document out of JMPGenomics 9 which contains the code for the analysis that was done?

Hi @AS ,

JMP Genomics has an option to resolve SAS Macro Code that will produce a SAS file that can be run that can reproduce the results and run separately.

You can find it under File>Configure JMP Life Science Preferences.

Hope this helps.
