Is it possible to create species rarefaction curves in JMP? Is there any package that allows that like the vegan package in R? Thank you.

There is no direct analog in JMP based on the description for the R package to which you referred.

You can integrate this package through the JSL functions that integrate the two applications.

You could treat the curves as functional data and analyze them with the Functional Data Explorer in JMP Pro.

You could describe the underlying model. Perhaps one of the many fitting platforms can model the curves.
