How can JMP 16 be set so that these two phenomena do not occur?

After I use JMP 16 (Win10 64-bit), the following phenomenon did not appear in the previous version:
1: open the JMP file containing JSL security warning, can not find the Settings to cancel the warning.
2: In the case of already open JMP file, and then directly click in the Explorer to open JMP file.JMP will restart a new JMP. Exe window to open the new JMP file.Also did not find the same JMP window to open different JMP file Settings.

I have found that this warning does not appear when JMP files with JSL are stored in the C: section.However, if stored on other partitions, a security warning will appear.
