Is it possible to add desirability in the prediction profiler which is not a range, for example if we want to add desirability NLT 10?

Maybe I'm missing something wrt to your question...but why can't you just set the lower limit at 10, desirability 0, at that limit, and then you have the flexibility to 'match target or maximize' wrt to determining the shape of the balance of the function above 10. So if you want a 'flat' function, just set the target and maximum at the same number. If you want some shape, then move the target around to give you the shape you want.

Does NLT 10 mean not less than 10?

It sounds more like a boundary condition, not like a optimization target, because it leaves some questions open,

e.g. is 10 or 11 better?

Did you double click in the desirablity graph, that you get a table and you can put in the values as you want,

and with that table you can realize all conditions you need.
