I have read some publications reporting this kind of analyses and the partial eta squared coefficient is also reported as an index of effect size. If I use the standard least squares model in JMP, I get statistics for each independent factor, but I don't know how to obtain any index of effect size for each predictor. Does anybody know how I can get that information?
