      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you just delete the &lt;EM&gt;reference&lt;/EM&gt; to the file from the recent files list in the Home Window? That doesn't delete the actual file, just removes it from the list.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The recent file list can have grayed-out references to files that were deleted or moved.
