Pie Chart Labels same as the legend

Hi,

I am trying to have the label on the pie chart which is more descriptive not just the %. The label description is part of the legend. Something like this ? Is there a way to go in jsl ? I would appreciate any inputs. Thanks in advance.

I am also struggling with this

For some reason I can only get numbers, whereas I want to label by category or level
