I am not sure what you mean by "that form a square". How many variables do you want to use for clustering?<BR /><BR />Also, how large is the dataset?Tue, 31 Mar 2020 13:36:24 GMTphil_kay2020-03-31T13:36:24ZCluster large data sets into 9 points per cluster and calculate standard deviation/mean

<P>I have a large data sets and would like to cluster the data into 9 points per cluster that form a square. Afterwards i would like to calculate mean and standard deviation for each 9-point cluster. Is there built-in function in JMP for that? Or do I need a script?</P>Thu, 19 Mar 2020 19:47:11 GMThttps://community.jmp.com/t5/Discussions/Cluster-large-data-sets-into-9-points-per-cluster-and-calculate/m-p/253217#M49707aaronjiang2020-03-19T19:47:11ZRe: Cluster large data sets into 9 points per cluster and calculate standard deviation/mean
