However, you can add the reversed limits in the Axis property to force all the sub-plots to have the same y-axis settings. First make a rough graph without "By" to get an idea of appropriate max and min etc and then enter those in the Axis property of the column.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
